About
Hi, I'm yuyuqueen.
I study AI systems, build tools, and write about what actually works — and what doesn't. Going deeper than the headlines.
I believe judgment is scarcer than building ability. In the AI era, anyone can ship. Knowing what to build, for whom, and when to stop — that's where the real value is.
What I Believe
Judgment > code. In the AI era, anyone can build. What's truly scarce is knowing what to build, for whom, and when to walk away.
Signal > noise. The AI industry ships something new every day. What's scarce isn't information — it's the ability to separate signal from noise.
Building beats reading for finding truth. When it comes to AI judgment, people who've shipped products and people who only write analysis see two different worlds. I choose to build first, then write.
What I Write
Three pillars that feed each other:
- AI Systems Dissected 40%
Source-level teardowns. Extracting tools and judgment you can actually use.
- What I Built and What I Learned 35%
Real build processes. What worked, what didn't, and the judgment calls behind each decision.
- Where AI Is Actually Going 25%
Not rewriting press releases. Data-backed judgment that might be wrong.
